Hazel House Foundation

This foundation is an enginneered precast foundation wall system by Superior Walls and was installed by the great crew at Weaver Precast. Superior Walls is the only option for Green & sustainable foundations. The walls are pre-insulated with space to add more insulation, which aids in preventing energy loss in the basement. It took one day for the foundation to be completed. The day after the foundation was installed the first floor system was installed and we were able to back-fill within a few days. A standard foundation would take longer to install and would have to sit for a minimum of one week before we could continue the building process.
